Space There is plenty of room for groups to meet without being overcrowded (such as happens when gathering in a single villa or hotel room) and renters have the benefit of two nearby common areas. With families, kids can play in one area while parents meet in the other. With wedding groups, singles can meet in one area while couples meet in the other.

Large Group Services This house is often rented for wedding parties, alumni, school, and family reunions, company and collegiate vacations or meetings, executive and graduate school retreats, club & youth group outings, and celebrations. For functions, private on-site catering and maid service (upon departure) is now included in the example rates below. (Fees for hot tub, HDTV, tent rental, DJ, musicians, ski tickets, and buses not included.) Group ski ticket discounts available. Call 800-253-4SKI and ask for group sales.

Kitchen/Laundry: Because this is a big house the kitchen and laundry have commercial-type equipment for use by the caterer and maid service. Refrigerators and microwaves are located outside the kitchen and are convenient for baby food preparation, popcorn, beer, sandwiches, etc. Laundry service available by request.

Snow Storms & Driving: This property comes with 24 hr. storm service. The driveway is plowed, sanded and salted 24 hrs/day 7 days/week during storms so that you do not need 4WD to get in. If you arrive in a snow storm late at night or after skiing, you won't have to navigate deep snow (such as can happen at properties plowed after snow storms.)

Above daily rates are examples for function that includes catered breakfast and dinner and snacks. Minimum occupancy restrictions (group size, length of stay) may apply. Deposit ranges from 12-50% ($750 minimum); payment in full due 30-60 days in advance of arrival; exact terms depend on dates. Daily rate includes in addition to above: dishwashing, snow removal, paper plates/cups/plastic cutlery, BBQ, charcoal, firewood, linens, maid service on departure. Bring your own group ski tickets, lunch food, appetizers, liquor, ice, mixers, birthday cakes unless you make special arrangement with us in advance. Bus parking/ parking for 20 cars. House is not handicapped accessible.

Terms and Conditions: If you do not respond to our attempts to contact you within 48 hours price quotes expire. At quote expiration, availability, price and discounts may change. No pets. No Smoking. No Space Heaters. State law--no indoor smoking. Bring a car to smoke in or smoke outdoors. $100 cleaning fee per room for smoking and unauthorized parties or pets. Smoking may activate central fire alarm, automatically notify fire department, and result in false-alarm fines. Private Residence: This property from time to time serves as a private residence. You therefore agree not to place information or pictures about this property on the web unless by our permission. Comments can be addressed to the Stowe Area Association, Stowe, VT 05672. Function Policy: Functions and social events, such as meetings, workshops, house parties and receptions, require a contract specifying a "social host" as specified in Title 7 VSA § 501(g)(2). Function must be authorized by us. You agree to notify us if you are planning a function and to store and serve all alcohol at the basement bar. To prevent noise complaints, you agree to have loud music in the basement only. No open invitation--attendee list required (attendee list verified at check-in before key(s) issued). Independent contractors (including tent erection, DJs, musicians, catering, adult entertainment) must be approved and supervised by us. Payments: Cash Not Accepted. Payment due as stated to make and keep reservation. Payments considered received when paid by your bank, not by receipt of this document. To protect the privacy of our renters, we reserve the right not to disclose rental property address until we receive final payment You authorize us to make electronic debits and credits from accounts used to pay for this rental and for household items that become damaged or missing during your stay (we will discuss this with you first). You authorize us to process your check payments as checks or electronically as EFT or ACH. Cancellation Policy: Payments not received may cause cancellation of reservation. All sales final. For payments you have made, we issue refunds equal to amounts we receive to re-rent the property up to amounts you have paid. If we are unable to re-rent the property amounts paid may not be refunded.
